BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring an RN Clinical Manager for our Big Island Visits (BIV) office in Hilo, HI. Requirements

• Active HI RN license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of home health or community health nursing experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Track record of achieving goals and taking on growing responsibility.
• Alignment with values of compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Nice To Haves

• BSN or Master’s preferred; required where state regulations apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support field staff in delivering high-quality, compassionate client care.
• Serve as internal case manager and client advocate, coordinating care and assignments for optimal outcomes.
• Oversee service quality, including clinical documentation review and key performance measures.
• Match appropriate clinicians to clients and ensure individualized care plans are developed, implemented, and maintained.
• Provide clinical oversight, including hiring, competency validation, performance review, education support, and supervision of care.
• Partner with office leadership and the Clinical Practice Office to implement programs and enhance training.
• Represent BAYADA in the community, engaging with physicians and facilities.
