About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full-Time Habilitation Clinical Manager (RN required) to join our Erie, PA office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric Habilitation home care clients throughout the Erie, PA area. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience.
Nice To Haves
- Home care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care to our Habilitation clients.
- Supervise a team of nurses and other field clinicians.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new clinicians.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
