Our expertise includes 24-hour supervised living, ADA issues, Positive Behavior Supports, and medical supports. This position coordinates and oversees the medical care and treatment of a caseload of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Works collaboratively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, individuals in services, providers, and families to promote positive outcomes. Applies clinical knowledge to assess individuals and provide consultation and training. Assesses plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates services required to support the individual’s health needs.
