About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Night Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care in our skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care, communicating with residents' families and healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of geriatric and rehabilitative nursing. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program, hold a current Florida RN license, and demonstrate a commitment to quality care, staff development, and resident well-being.

Requirements

• Graduates of an accredited nursing program
• Current Florida RN license
• Strong clinical judgment
