About The Position
The RN in the NICU will provide specialized care for premature and critically ill infants, typically ranging from 23 to 40+ week gestation, using advanced medical technologies such as ventilators and oscillators.
Requirements
- Experience with ventilators and caring for infants with various gestational ages.
- Required certifications: CPR, NRP.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 or 1:3.
- Perform intubations, assist with eye exams, and manage feeding and IV tube insertions.
