Requirements

  • Diploma from an accredited nursing program required.
  • Active RN license (Single State or Compact) required.
  • BLS required.
  • NRP required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in NICU related nursing care in a hospital setting required.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) required.
  • Collaborative, patient-first mindset.
  • Cool under pressure with top-notch time management.

Nice To Haves

  • BSN preferred.
  • ACLS & PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Top-Notch Patient Care: Use the full nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation—to provide evidence-based, compassionate care.
  • Think on Your Feet: Bring sharp clinical judgment and critical thinking to manage complex situations.
  • Medication Mastery: Administer meds and perform safety checks with diligence and care.
  • Educate & Empower Patients: Help patients and families understand procedures, treatments, and recovery plans.
  • Prioritize Safety & Quality: Verify patient identities, follow all protocols, and document with precision.
