About The Position

This position is a New Graduate Residency Transition-to-Practice Program for the newly licensed RN. The Nurse Residency Program is a total of 12 months, including an 18-24 week clinical immersion experience with a trained preceptor. Upon completion of the 18-24 week preceptorship, the nurse resident will begin a mentorship journey with a qualified mentor to complete the 12-month transition-to-practice experience. This is a robust, focused program that will foster the development of critical thinking, evidence-based decision-making, stress management, and leadership skills. The content is created to prepare the newly licensed nurse resident to deliver safe, effective, and quality patient care.
