RN - Neuro/Bariatric Progressive Care
About The Position
Rust Medical Center is hiring an RN for their Neuro and Bariatric unit. This is a 48-bed, step-down unit that treats a wide variety of patients including those with Stroke, CHF, GI, Renal, Neurologic conditions, patients in respiratory distress, Neuro, and post bariatric surgery patients. The unit works with interdisciplinary teams such as social workers, PT/OT, Case Managers, and outpatient services. The unit emphasizes a warm, welcoming culture that understands the importance of work-life balance and is family-oriented, believing in supporting one another. It offers opportunities for growth and development of critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Associate Degree from an accredited academic nursing program preferred.
- Registered Nurse-NM License or State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License.
- BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire.
