About The Position

The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The nurse works within the organization’s policies and procedures, demonstrates professional growth and accountability, maintains standards of practice, and coordinates care activities of assigned staff to provide quality nursing care. This position is located at the facility in Thomson, Georgia, and requires three 12-hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
