About The Position
Our client is seeking Registered Nurses for MedSurg/Telemetry positions in Charleston, West Virginia. The role is for a 3x12 day shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The position requires submission of the listed application, clinical, health, and screening documents.
Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test within the past 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening.
