About The Position
Our client is seeking an RN - MedSurg / Tele in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, for a 3x12 night shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The posting lists required application documents, certifications, clinical references, health screening and immunization records, and pre-employment screening.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hep B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening
