About The Position
Seeking a Registered Nurse for the 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit at Baptist Health Floyd. This is a part-time position (24 hours weekly) with day shifts (7 am-7 pm). The unit is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital and cares for a wide range of medical diagnoses and conditions. It serves as an opportunity for new graduates and experienced nurses alike. The role involves direct, comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge, functioning as an on-shift team member to meet patient, family, and co-worker needs.
Requirements
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required

Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge.
- Function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.
