RN - Medical ICU - Nights
About The Position
Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) to provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This role involves utilizing critical thinking skills to assess patients, recognize changes in condition, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and record observations. The RN will also delegate appropriate patient care tasks and function as a team member to achieve unit goals. This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week on the night shift.
Requirements
- 2 years of RN critical care experience
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association BLS
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date into position

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing
Responsibilities
