About The Position
The RN Flex Pool role involves floating between various medical and surgical units, performing general duties and procedures as required. Nurses are scheduled for 12-hour day shifts with a nurse-to-patient ratio that varies depending on the unit and circumstances.
Requirements
- 2-10 years of experience
- Hawaii State RN license
- BLS, ACLS certifications
- Documentation of immunity; exemptions not accepted
Nice To Haves
- PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC preferred
Responsibilities
- Flex RN floats between medical, surgical, and cardiovascular units as needed
- Utilize Meditech EMR, pyxis, wound vac, and chest tubes
- Adhere to unit-specific protocols and dress code of professional nursing attire
