About The Position
Saint Luke's East is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Tier I Float Pool. This position will float to various Medical Intermediate units at Saint Luke's East. The Medical Intermediate Float Pool is looking for an RN who wants to gain experience in various units while working in a variety of medical intermediate units. Opportunity to work with collaborative multi-disciplinary teams and a supportive leadership team.
Requirements
- 1 year of applicable experience
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse - Various
- Associate Degree
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process.
- Performing patient care.
- Delegating patient care tasks.
- Supervision of other patient care staff.
- Coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients.
- Consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Demonstrating proficiency and abiding by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
