About The Position

Our Client is currently seeking MDS Coordinator for positions in Miller, South Dakota. This is a RN position in the Interim MDS Coordinator type: LTC Management. The ideal candidate will possess a current South Dakota license.

Requirements

• Current Resume
• Nursing License per state
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
• 2 current clinical references
• At least 2 years of recent experience as a RN – MDS Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process for long-term care residents.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop resident care plans.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations regarding MDS.
