About The Position
Excel at Woodbury for Rehab and Nursing is seeking a qualified, dedicated RN to join our team as an MDS Coordinator. We offer an excellent team atmosphere, are a CPT approved site, and provide a competitive salary & benefits. This is a full-time position with a salary of up to $126,000 per year, located in person at a long-term care and rehabilitation center.
Requirements
- NYS Licensed RN with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Must be a detail-oriented, highly organized, dedicated professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills a must, with the ability to follow oral and written instruction.
- Solid computer skills required
- Previous MDS experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation experience preferred.
- SIGMACARE experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Has a working knowledge of MDS and PPS process and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignments.
