About The Position
Sutton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified, dedicated RN to join our team as an MDS Coordinator. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. The role requires previous MDS experience and is located in a long-term care and rehabilitation center setting. The position is CPT approved and the company is urgently hiring.
Requirements
- Previous MDS experience required.
- NYS Licensed RN
- Must be a detail-oriented, highly organized, dedicated professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills a must, with the ability to follow oral and written instruction.
- Solid computer skills required.
- SIGMACARE experience preferred.
- Sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Has a working knowledge of MDS and PPS process and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignments.
