The MDS Coordinator is responsible for conducting and coordinating the completion of the required Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and for the implementation and ongoing evaluation of each resident’s comprehensive plan of care. This role requires an RN license and experience with MDS completion is preferred. The coordinator must complete Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC) training within six months of hire, and RAC Certification is preferred.
