We are seeking an experienced RN MDS Coordinator/ADON for a 50-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Requirements

• Current OH RN license
• 2+ years previous MDS/ADON experience in a SNF
• Team player with leadership skills
• Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

• RAC-CT certification
• MDS Experience in Short-term rehab setting

Responsibilities

• Acting as ADON
