About The Position
We are looking for a RN ADON to round out the team at a 120-bed SNF. This is an excellent opportunity to level up with an award-winning facility that has 5-star staffing and a TOP-TIER compensation package. There is lots of support for the ADON, with a strong DON in place. This company has been successfully operating in the senior care industry for over 20 years and has a financially solid and secure parent company. Facility nurses are some of the highest paid (and happiest) in the area.
Requirements
- Current OH RN licensing
- 2+ years previous ADON experience in a SNF
- Team player with leadership skills / strong communication
Nice To Haves
- RAC-CT certification
- MDS Experience in Short-term rehab setting
