About The Position

MDS Assistant Opportunity at Columbia Healthcare Center

Candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN).

Position is full-time, onsite at the building.

The MDS Assistant is responsible for the completion of the Resident Assessment
Instrument (RAI) and the interdisciplinary care planning process while ensuring
compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Registered Nurse RN).
• One to three years of experience in MDS completion preferred.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.
