About The Position
Momentum at South Bay has an opportunity for a qualified, dedicated RN to join our team as an RN MDS Assessor. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday morning shifts, with weekends as needed. The salary range is $95,000 - $97,250 annually.
Requirements
- NYS Licensed RN
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- Mandatory sub-acute nursing experience
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, dedicated professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Solid computer skills
- Working knowledge of MDS and PPS process
- Able to meet deadlines
Nice To Haves
- MDS experience preferred
- SIGMACARE experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conducting MDS assessments
- Meeting deadlines for MDS and PPS processes
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Following oral and written instructions
- Working hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignments
