About The Position

Lynbrook Restorative Therapy & Nursing has a Per-Diem opportunity for a qualified, dedicated Registered Nurse MDS Assessor. Sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidate. CPT approved site.

Requirements

• NYS Licensed RN with a minimum of 3 years experience
• Must be a detail-oriented, highly organized, dedicated professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills a must, with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Solid computer skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation experience preferred.
• SIGMACARE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Has a working knowledge of MDS and PPS process and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignments.
