About The Position

Provides age-appropriate direct care to patients across all age spans and health conditions appropriate for Maternal Child. The RN is responsible for patient assessment, medication administration, carrying out provider orders, evaluating their effects, documenting care, and communicating with the care team. Care must adhere to all hospital policies and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered North Carolina or compact state RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• PALS and NRP certifications within 90 days.
• NCI certification, EFM antepartum, and Team STEPPS training within 90 days.

Nice To Haves

• One year of clinical experience in the area of clinical specialty is preferred.
• New graduates upon completion of an RN residency program are preferred.

Responsibilities
