About The Position

Provides age-appropriate direct care to patients across all age spans and health conditions appropriate for Maternal Child. The RN assesses patients, administers medication, carries out provider orders, evaluates their effects, documents care provided, and communicates with the care team. Care must adhere to hospital policies and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered North Carolina or compact state RN License.
• Current BLS certification.
• PALS and NRP certification within 90 days.
• NCI certification, EFM antepartum, and Team STEPPS training within 90 days.

Nice To Haves

• One year of clinical experience in the area of clinical specialty is preferred.
• New graduates upon completion of an RN residency program are preferred.
