Under the supervision of the Associate Director, Clinical Nursing, the ALHP RN Manager coordinates clinical services for LBTQ women and non- binary individuals, focusing on cancer screening programs, reproductive and gynecologic care, quality improvement, community outreach, and health education. This role dedicates approximately 80% of time to clinical program coordination and 20% to administrative and outreach activities. The manager supports clinical workflows, liaises with external specialists and community organizations, assists in developing nursing-led clinical protocols, and contributes as a key member of the Health Services Leadership and Nurse Management teams, collaborating closely with medical leadership and the quality improvement team. The position does not have independent authority to approve clinical protocols or program changes and does not have formal supervisory responsibilities but involves mentoring, training, and coordinating staff workflows.
