About The Position

The RN Manager Evans ER ensures high-quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit or department. The Manager monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of applicable ER leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Current registered professional nurse license in the state of practice or an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation, required.
• BLS required.
