About The Position

The RN Manager ER oversees the emergency department’s daily operations and staffing to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The manager monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of applicable acute care nursing experience required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Current registered professional nurse license in the state(s) of practice or an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation, required.
• BLS required.

• BSN highly preferred.
