About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced RN Manager – Specialty Services to lead operations within a busy outpatient specialty clinic. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, staffing, patient flow, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance while promoting a culture centered on teamwork, safety, and exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with ambulatory care experience and a passion for improving operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active RN license (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year of ambulatory care experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Active BLS certification
- Associate Degree in Nursing

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to outpatient specialty clinic staff
- Optimize clinic workflows, patient access, and operational performance
- Partner with interdisciplinary leadership teams to improve scheduling and referral processes
- Monitor quality metrics and enhance patient satisfaction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development initiatives
- Maintain staff competencies, certifications, and clinic readiness
