Under general direction, plans, directs and coordinates Patient Logistics Center operations and Translation Services. This role leads, develops, coaches, and effectively manages the team to ensure deliverables and performance metrics are met. They will also evaluate staff performance, document critical incidents, and provide clear direction to the team. Auditing written and audio records for compliance and resolving issues independently is also a key responsibility. The role involves hiring and orientating new staff, managing schedules, and monitoring productivity targets within budget for the Patient Logistics Center and Translation Services.
