Under general direction, plans, directs and coordinates Patient Logistics Center operations and Translation Services. This role leads, develops, coaches, and effectively manages the team to ensure deliverables and performance metrics are met. The manager is responsible for communication with appropriate Management about bed placement and process improvement, and assists with communication to physicians, community, and other customers about the Patient Logistics Center. The role also involves managing software for access and reports, handling requests for English documents to be translated into multiple languages, and managing processes for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, clinical needs of the area, staffing, bedboard, transport communications, and admission processes.
