About The Position

As a Ambulatory Nursing Manager you will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively. Handles policies execution, budget oversight, quality enhancement measures, and organizes educational programs to meet departmental and company goals. You'll coordinate patient care, promote evidence-based practices, conduct research, and advocate for patients, families, and staff. You'll manage department operations, including budgeting and staffing. Your role will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively. Accountable for supportive work environment for nursing team. Emphasizes top-notch nursing practices and ensures safe space for patients, families, and staff.

Requirements

Oncology experience required.
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Minimum of (3) three years' experience in this field
Licensed as Registered Nurses
Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
Solid grasp of nursing, patient care, medical terms, ethics, and privacy laws.
Ability to care for different age groups.
Good communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Professionalism, dedication, and community service orientation.

Responsibilities
