The RN Manager of Clinical Operations has the rewarding opportunity to travel throughout Nevada, collaborating with fellow nurse managers to ensure daily operations are executed with professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness. In this role, you will serve as a liaison and consultant within Cleveland Clinic and with external institutions and clients, fostering strong partnerships and supporting operational excellence. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Good human relations and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (strong oral, written, communication skills, excellent organizational skills and time management)
  • Willing to manage the department beyond the normal operational schedule as many of our patients may be in time zones that required communication at off hours
  • Extensive management experience in clinical environments and administrative duties related to the work of the department (will be evaluated and may be substituted for educational achievements)

  • Master's Degree
  • 5 years of recent management experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a high-level customer focused effort.
  • Recommends changes to improve quality of care.
  • Participate in departments and program work with corporate clients.
  • Assume fiscal responsibility for the expenditures.
  • Attain and maintain adherence to prescribed regulatory standards.
  • Perform system analysis to create new systems and operating procedures or revises established systems to achieve maximum efficiency of the department's patient care delivery.
