About The Position
FAMILY SEEKING OVERNIGHT NURSE 7pm-7am Pt is a 10 yr old Male. Pt is non-mobile & non-verbal. Family assists with lifting and transporting. Has trach but no vent, G-button feeds and meds. DX: quadriplegia, chromosome abnormality, epilepsy and autistic disorder. Great family & home atmosphere!
Requirements
- Current Nursing License in Texas (RN or LVN)
- Current Texas driver's license.
- Self-motivator and require little supervision
- Proof of current and agency-accepted CPR.
Responsibilities
- Provide overnight nursing care for a 10-year-old male patient.
- Administer G-button feeds and medications.
- Assist with trach care (no vent).
- Support patient with mobility and transportation, in conjunction with family assistance.
- Provide care in a home environment.
