RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse- Eastern San Antonio
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents in their homes within San Antonio, TX, and surrounding areas. Since 2000, Angels of Care has been dedicated to serving the community with values centered on Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of patients and their families by focusing on their medical needs and treatment according to physician-directed plans of care.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
- Willingness to provide care in a client home setting.
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes.
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for patients.
