RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. This role focuses on delivering care according to physician orders and active plans, conducting assessments, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care, educating families, and implementing preventative initiatives to ensure the highest quality of care. The position offers full-time and part-time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care and a supportive company culture.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
