About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Sealy, TX and surrounding areas. The company, established in 2000, focuses on providing direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home. Nurses will be responsible for focusing on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care, conducting ongoing patient care and assessments, administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, coordinating care, educating family members on patient clinical care, and implementing preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting

Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
