RN/LPN: Day or Night Shift
About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide one-on-one home care to children and adults in Champaign, Illinois. Nurses provide care in patients’ homes in accordance with physicians’ care plans, monitor and document patient conditions, assist with daily activities, record vital signs, and provide caregiver relief. Day and night shifts are available Monday through Friday: 10:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. or 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available, with flexible scheduling and the option to choose days and schedules. No pediatric or home care experience is required.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
