About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-on-one home care to children and adults in Gurnee, Illinois. Nurses provide compassionate care in patients’ homes in accordance with physicians’ care plans. Day and night shifts are available Monday through Friday, with options to pick days and schedules. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately. No pediatric or home care experience is required.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and complete patient charts.
- Assist patients with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
