RN/LPN Night Shift
About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide one-on-one home care to children and adults in Rockford, Illinois. Nurses provide compassionate care in patients’ homes in accordance with the physician’s care plan, monitor and document patient conditions, assist with daily activities, record vital signs, and provide caregiver relief. Night shifts run from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Part-time, full-time, and PRN hours are available, with flexible scheduling and the ability to choose days and schedules. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Weekly pay is provided by direct deposit, and 24/7 RN support is available.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and complete patient charts.
- Assist patients with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
