About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide home care to children and adults in Rockford, Illinois, during night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Part-time, full-time, and PRN hours are available, with flexible scheduling. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Nurses provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes and receive 24/7 RN support.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
