About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring homecare nurses to provide compassionate, reliable care to children and adults in their homes in Mechanicsburg, Illinois. The position offers night shifts Wednesday through Sunday, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately. Pediatric or home care experience is not required. Nurses provide one-on-one patient care in accordance with the physician’s care plan, monitor patients and document their condition, assist with daily activities, record vital signs, and provide caregiver relief.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
