About The Position

Family Pillars Homecare is hiring RNs and LPNs for 12-hour shifts in Clewiston, Florida, and surrounding areas. The role involves performing skilled nursing visits, including wound care, IV administration, medication management, and patient assessments. Nurses will carry out shift-based care for patients requiring extended clinical support, monitor and document patient condition, collaborate with physicians to update care plans, and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA. Upholding infection control standards and agency protocols is essential.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE VALID RN OR LPN FLORIDA NURSING LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE.
• MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD.
• MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS.
• MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS
• MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS).
• MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN ACHA.
• MUST HAVE REQUIRED CEU.
• MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
• MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
