About The Position

Family Pillars Homecare is hiring RNs and LPNs for 12-hour shifts in Clewiston, Florida, and surrounding areas. This role involves performing skilled nursing visits, providing shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The position requires maintaining accurate records, upholding infection control standards, and adhering to agency protocols. Both W2 employee and 1099 contractor options are available, with 1099 requiring liability insurance.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE VALID RN OR LPN FLORIDA NURSING LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE.
• MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD.
• MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS.
• MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS
• MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS).
• MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN ACHA.
• MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
• MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols
