About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide home care to children and adults in Toulon, Illinois. Nurses deliver reliable, high-quality, compassionate care in patients’ homes, providing one-on-one support according to the physician’s care plan. Day or night shifts are mentioned, with the listed schedule Monday through Friday, 4:30 p.m. to midnight. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available. No pediatric or home care experience is required.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
