About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide home care to children and adults in Nauvoo, Illinois. The role involves evening-shift, one-on-one patient care in patients’ homes. Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
