About The Position

Concordia at Villa St. Joseph, a ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph, is seeking dedicated RN/LPN nurses to join their Skilled Nursing Facility's Nursing Teams. Requirements

Graduate of an approved nursing school
Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
A caring heart and a commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality resident care with compassion and skill
Administer medications, complete documentation, and conduct assessments
Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members
Supervise and support resident care staff
Deliver treatments and procedures that make a real impact
