About The Position
Precision Today is a trusted home service provider serving Franklin Park homeowners with dependable plumbing, HVAC, drains, sewer and electrical solutions. Our team is committed to delivering efficient, high-quality service that keeps home systems running smoothly and customers comfortable year-round. We are seeking motivated and experienced Licensed Plumbers to join our field team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, performing high-quality installations and repairs, and ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. Join our team as a Licensed Plumber and earn up to $10,000 in sign-on bonuses during your first year of employment! Bonus Payout Schedule: After 1 month: $500 After 3 months: $2,000 After 6 months: $3,500 After 12 months: $4,000 Total Potential Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Sign-on bonus is paid in installments and is contingent upon maintaining active employment and remaining in good standing through each milestone.
Requirements
- Active State of Illinois Plumbing License required
- 4+ residential service plumbing experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment as needed
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience using tablets or mobile dispatch software is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems and equipment
- Perform plumbing inspections and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, sump pumps, sewer lines, and other residential plumbing systems
- Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly with homeowners
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in customers’ homes
- Complete service calls accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle
- Follow all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch and management to ensure a smooth customer experience
