About The Position

Atrium Centers is hiring an RN or LPN for its 39-bed Plainwell Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Plainwell, Michigan. Nurses provide individualized resident care in a smaller, team-focused environment, building relationships with residents and families. The role offers 12-hour shifts and opportunities to pick up extra shifts. Full-time employees are eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Full-time third-shift, part-time first-shift, and PRN openings are listed, with PRN available on all shifts. An additional $3.40 per hour in HERO Pay is offered.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Passion for resident care and clinical excellence.
• Positive, dependable attendance and a team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs.
• As an RN, supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
• Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and sound clinical judgment.
